Umrah visa processing typically takes 2–4 working days after submission of all required documents. However, it may vary during peak seasons. We recommend booking in advance to avoid any last-minute delays.
All bus trips depart directly from our main office located in Dammam at 3:30 PM. Exact pickup location and reporting times are confirmed immediately upon booking.
Hotels are not included in our standard packages. However, we can arrange hotel accommodation in Makkah and Madinah based on your preferred location and budget. Additional charges will apply for hotel arrangements.
Yes, women can travel with family members, and under current regulations, women are also permitted to perform Umrah within safe, guided groups.
Yes, our Dammam office provides complete visit visa extension services so you can extend your stay in the Kingdom without exiting.
Each passenger can carry up to 15 kg of baggage at no additional charge. Any baggage exceeding 15 kg may be subject to additional charges, depending on the applicable airline or travel arrangements.
